Regina Dyer

I am Regina R. Dyer, a proud resident of Charles Town, West Virginia, a United States Air Force veteran, and a lifelong advocate for service and community empowerment. I honorably served for 9 years in the Air Force, separating in September 2007, during which I developed the discipline, leadership, and commitment that continue to guide my work today.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a concentration in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, with additional coursework in International Business, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute. My educational foundation supports my diverse professional background in business coordination, event management, and strategic operations.

Throughout my career, I have built a strong foundation in customer service, community service, faith-based support, and technical operations. I have provided compassionate assistance to individuals and families, strengthened community outreach efforts through volunteerism and service projects, and supported faith-centered initiatives that foster unity and purpose. In addition, my technical background has enabled me to streamline communication systems, enhance organizational efficiency, and provide reliable support across various platforms.

My passion for service extends beyond my professional life. As a Rural Community Activist, I have organized community events, produced podcast content, and developed grassroots strategies for political candidates. I’ve served on and helped with campaigns, applying my leadership and organizational expertise to foster civic participation and community progress.

Driven by a commitment to veterans’ advocacy, working-class families, and effective policy reform, I am preparing to run for the House of Delegates myself—focused on advancing opportunities, equity, and empowerment across Jefferson County and beyond.

Outside of public service, I enjoy creating different platforms, engaging in community discussions, and promoting initiatives that uplift everyday citizens. My journey reflects a steadfast dedication to service, leadership, and lasting impact.
